Poem

Echoes of the Past: Hearing the echoes of the past and the murmurs of history

In the vast corridors of silence that is time,

The gentle appeal of the past echoes

Tales of ancient, tales untold,

tales of triumph, whispers of history.

Take a close listen to hear them sing.

The echoes of the past they carry,

Footfalls diminishing yet continuing to linger

Memories carved on the peaceful hill of time.

From historic ruin sites to lost folktales,

Every echo of a doorway, a window, and so on

They swing softly in the mist of eons,

guiding us through the array from yesterday.

Secrets are whispered in there.

Dreams gathered, lessons learns,

and echoes of the past intensify

In the ripples that our pasts have left behind.
