PLUM FLOWERS

In the still of winter's end

By Iulian StrediePublished 4 years ago • 1 min read

In the still of winter's end,

The plum trees start to bud and bend,

With promise of a bloom so rare,

A sight that's sure to make hearts fare.

As the sun rises and the air warms,

The plum flowers start to form,

A splash of pink, a hint of white,

A sight that's sure to bring delight.

Their petals soft, their scent so pure,

The plum flowers, an ethereal allure,

With every breeze, they dance and sway,

A sight so breathtaking, it takes one's breath away.

In the garden, they stand so proud,

Their beauty, a sight to astound,

The branches draped in pink and white,

A vision of elegance, a true delight.

The bees and birds, they come to play,

Among the blooms, they spend their day,

The plum flowers, a gift from above,

A symbol of renewal, of hope, of love.

So let us cherish, the plum flowers' grace,

For in their beauty, we can find solace,

A reminder that life can renew,

And that even in darkness, hope can bloom anew.
