PIG

Poetry

I see in your eyes

Desire and lies

Asking for trust

As you stare at my bust

So I laugh in your face

Surround you in disgrace

Escaping the whispers that follow

And your soul as empty & hollow

Heart as cold as ice

Nothing you do is nice

An ego as big

You act a pig

But maybe a chance

With a questioning glance

And gone again

When you lower your chin

Never learning a lesson

Such a slow progression

Which denies you the love & passion

And proof of your lack of compassion
