It is the origami birds of my world that float down and remind me how little I should care

This is the perfection I see everywhere.

Their folded joints harmonise with hummingbird heartbeats

Close to my open eyes and carefully concentrated worrying.

I am astounded by the depth at which they warn me:

Be something, but make it unsatisfied.

Or else the perfection will die from this world.

How could I ever be trusted with such a grand devotion?

The cause of the Uppers reveals not only our souls' darkened purpose,

A meeting with the Fates to drain eighteen rivers of their memories

And even the final chime of peace as the perfection scatters to find itself,

To only ever be seen

Everywhere

Else.
