Pain

Pain is fear, fear of the burning of any moving muscles.

The fear of falling to a fetal position, all because you walked too fast or too long.

The fear of fainting at any moment and causing chaos.

Pain is mourning, mourning the loss of the activities we once did.

Mourning the loss of the people you thought were your friends.

Mourning a piece of you.

Pain is crying, crying because you feel alone.

Crying because your plans for the future no longer seem possible.

Crying because no one can help.

Pain is the panic, panic that awakens when you think "too much".

Panic from reading online material to try and fix your issues.

Panic from not wanting to go on.

Pain is embarrassment, embarrassment from asking for help.

The embarrassment from admitting you can't.

The embarrassment of knowing all your weaknesses.

Pain is shame, the shame of needing assistance with personal things.

The shame of telling doctors your still not okay.

The shame of struggling every day.

Pain is trying to hide the shame and embarrassment that that you feel.

Pain is keeping panic and your fears to yourself.

Pain is mourning and crying alone

Pain causes depression and so many other issues

Don’t keep things to yourself,

You have people waiting with tissues.
