Calling out silently, feeling your life

Crawling forward seeing it all

Not wanting to see

Breathing

Sighing deep breaths in

Moving your body, feel your heartbeat again and again

Bend and twist move side to side shift the pain or deny

Hold your breath

Procrastinate

Hide

Stubbornness be your pride

Don’t do what helps free your fear

Hold it tightly, for the love of yourself don’t let it go

Don’t judge yourself when you begin to fall, but hide and hide and hide once more

Ever looking outward to blame, never claiming your life to release the pain.
