In English:

Anger and annoyance

are two different ballgames.

Don’t lump them together

and cause more trouble for yourselves.

Annoyance is an unpleasant feeling,

so it makes one angry.

But they are not

the same emotions.

When we’re angry,

we feel a touch of discomfort.

But anger and annoyance

are two separate concepts.

Please remember that

if you’re trying to figure out

how you’re really feeling.

In German:

Wut und Ärger

sind zwei verschiedene Ballspiele.

Schmeißt du zusammen nicht

und euch noch mehr Ärger machen.

Ärger ist ein unangenehmes Gefühl,

also macht es einen wütend.

Aber sie sind es nicht

die gleichen Emotionen.

Wenn wir wütend sind,

wir spüren einen Hauch von Unbehagen.

Aber Wut und Ärger sind

zwei verschiedene Konzepte.

Bitte denkst du daran

wenn du versuchen, herauszufinden

wie du dich wirklich fühlst.
