On a plane

An acrostic poem

Departure seemed like a drag

It was the heavy beating of copious tears streaming down smooth cheeks

Similar to Niagara Falls with the highest flow rate

Tortured by your brat for the entire two-hour flight

Rumbustious revolving motors drilling unearthly distasteful channels in the brain and holes in the belly

Addicted to the heights, it’s not easy to descend to terrestrial safe grounds

Casting a curse to the higher wind

Trying to breathe through blocked nostrils

Investigating bugs in the presence of unforeseen dreamy friends

Overdrive oversensitive ears

Navigating an emotionally vinegarish sea
