Okay to fall apart

Being emotional is common. Don't be afraid to express how you feel.

It is okay to fall apart

It is okay to feel like nothing will ever be alright

You’ve got all you need even in this struggle

It is okay to fall apart when it gets overwhelming

All you need is not always enough

You will push through all that is burying you

Once you have fallen apart

It is okay to break down once in a while

Things can’t be perfect till you are in a better time

Fall apart when you can

Release that fear and anger else where

It is okay to fall apart

To feel all alone

Once you’ve figured it out, you’ll know you were never alone

Fall apart and you will see, wonderful things will start happening

Show a little emotion but keep the big inside

It is better to fall apart when there is no one else in sight

Gather yourself together in the tough times

Continue to be who you are

It is okay to be in silence. It is okay to shed a tear. You don’t have to bottle it in. You can cry even in the smallest incidence. Nothing is easy. Life is hard, but you can overcome anything. . You are special. You are human. We are not perfect. We make mistakes. We take care of others before ourselves or we are selfish and only care for our self. We need to remember that nothing last forever. No matter what you are facing, you are not alone. Someone has been down the same. Not everyone talks about it. Not everyone knows someone is going through it, but just know you aren’t the only one. Our experiences aren’t always the same but if someone else can make it through, then you know you can as well. Nothing last forever, there is always a fix at the end. The grass may not always be greener but when it is just remember to enjoy those moments. Remember it is okay to fall apart, even if no one knows.
