Not Like All the Rest

But you judged me that way

They say that men have no feelings

But I don’t believe that to be true

If men had no feelings

Then why would I do anything for you?

🔶💙♦️❤️

They say that men have a one-track mind

Well, I suppose that may be true

But most men, I think you’ll find

Think about their hearts, too.

🔶💙♦️❤️

Do you really think I am like all the rest

Do I come across that bad?

Have I not shown you what is my best

Your judgement makes me feel sad.

🔶💙♦️❤️

I will put my heart back in its place

Keep it for another rainy day

Then drag it out for a new face

And see what they have to say.

🔶💙♦️❤️

Till next time,

Calvin
