You Cant Have Light With Out The Dark

You can’t have light without the shade,

No dawn without the night it made.

The stars don’t shine on cloudless days,

I need that tattooed on me for always

For light and dark we sing our praise.

light and dark a new tattoo phrase.

Sketch it out get it tattooed.

Don’t be ashamed it lovely not rude.

A mirror cracks to show the truth,

The bitter edge beneath the youth.

Where silence falls, a thought might spark,

You only see it when it’s dark.

A flicker thrives in hollow rooms,

It grows among the quiet dooms.

Not every whisper brings relief,

The shadows teach a sharper grief.

The sun forgets the fields it burns,

Yet every ash is where we learn.

Not every loss is just a cost.

Some things must vanish to be lost.

There’s grit beneath a lover’s grin,

A memory where ghosts begin.

The past, half-shut, still leaves a mark.

You can’t have light without the dark
