New York's Smoky Nightmare
Dancing Tendrils
Dense smoke blanketed city streets,
Inhaling was a struggle for all, young and old.
Street vendors' cried foul as their customers disappeared.
The bustling metropolis was brought to a standstill.
Runny noses and watering eyes were a common sight,
All under the veil of a smoky nightmare.
Can't escape the smoke and the pall of dismay,
The smoky tendrils danced, refusing to sway.
Indoor Restaurants were empty, as few people ventured out.
Overwhelmed by nature's grip,
Nature's fury ruled the streets!
