Nature's bounty

The first rays of the eternal sun,

Enter my room through the open shades…

My eyes, still fighting with sleep,

Reluctantly, try to open,… but so sluggishly…

Feeling the warmth of the shining beams,

falling on my face,

Sending a new Esse inside , very zealously…

I stand near the window,

Peeping out seeing the golden vista…

Flowers in different colours,

Blooming like simpering fairies…

Chirping songbirds, pleasing to my ears

Creating a dreamworld like diegesis…

A sweet innocent smile,

Starts dancing on my lips,

I fold my hands in a silent prayer…

The creator gifted us all,

With this enchantingly beautiful world,

And all we have to do is to love it and take its care…

Spread positivism around, refrain from negatives,

Limited time we have in this world…

Everything we possess, shall be left behind,

Once we change our abode…

So why so much of hatred and sins?

We indulge into, and punish our poor souls…

Embrace all, as everyone is the same,

For sometime, shall be playing our roles…

Leave behind, a legacy of oneness and benevolence,

As one day we all have to depart…

Everything shall be consigned to oblivion,

This should sink in, from the very start…

Nothing is permanent, everything changes with time,

Happiness and sadness are the two faces of life

So Don't let arrogance seep in, while you're happy and booming

And don't let devastation consume you while you're down, struggling a strife…

Be kind and thoughtful, as your deeds is what will define you,

Every action of yours, shall create a ripple of sorts…

If you're mean, it will hurt, the ones who look up to you,

While your rapturous ways, shall bring some faith in their hearts..
