MY THOUGHTS TURN TO ICE

I loved you, I loved you so much,
Every day I worshipped your ground.
Then suddenly you wasnt the person
I wanted around.

You were bad tempered every day,
Quick to point your finger at me.
You talked about all that I did wrong,
But your own faults you couldnt see.

You even stopped the music,
Because I was singing along.
You took the happiness out of me,
Just for singing a song.

All that warm love in my body,
Suddenly turned to ice.
When I realised deep inside,
You wasnt all that nice.

I saw you through rose coloured glasses,
But now those glasses are broke.
I finally see the man you are,
And love has gone up in smoke.

My thoughts have turned to ice now,
My heart is frozen like snow.
The love I once had inside me,
Has finally let you go.

So pack your bags and get out,
Walk straight out through that door.
Because if youre here in ten more minutes,
