***her***

The centered oven whipped past my face

Glued to my oar, buried in my chest

What once glowed green, blue has replaced

A treasured aura, a treasured space

Won’t you greet me today? My steel-studded fate

Come fast and come hard, towards me contemplate

Every angle & every turn

Turns, churns, burns, yearns

Princely calm, come be my delight

To escape the home the emerald’s plight

Treasure me, don’t be as they

Cover me in song and day

 ***him***

Fast forward to make it clear

Hearty bow and illuminated spear

Teach to reach the ember’s peak

Carried by love that makes the dumb speak

Harness it now to be a good fight

Depth to depth, by the candle’s light

Watch and play, the rules abound

As we dance and spin around and around

Watch, I say, the toil is over

No need to worry, just come closer

(No need to hear “game over, game over”

I latch to you here, my fair great lover)
