You will never hear me say, "I wish I never met you".
Although sometimes I felt that way.
I don't say it because I wish I never met you,
It's that, I wish I could've met you later on down the road.
I can't stop thinking,
About someone who doesn't even love me anymore.
I can't forget about the past, forget about what we had.
I cannot move on; I won't move on.
Though distance grew.
Our souls will stay true.
Holding onto hope, our love will grow back.

Standing Still
There are very few moments in life where time truly stands still. When your breath is taken from your chest and your body hangs weightless in that moment. Just long enough for it to stay with you from that day onwards. Deep in the red sands of the Australian Outback, I found that moment and clung to it forever.
