My latest obsession

Shhhh...

I saw you, and my body had goosebumps all over.

Looking and feeling at you is an extreme fantasy.

Your touch made my heart jump.

There you are once again, waiting for me, holding you.

My small, warm hand stretched, reaching out.

Burning with desire, I longed to be near.

At last, I tasted you—an irresistible flavor, so clear.

Slightly salty, subtly crisp, oh-so divine,

Between my teeth, everything aligned.

The stress of the day, gone without a trace,

What was this magic, this sweet embrace?

Ashamed and trying to hide behind my obsession,

I took another one, another one until nothing was left.

Unfortunately, now I have to make a huge confession:

That was just a pumpkin seed cleft.
