My Heart is broken.

A sad poem.

In the shadows of sorrow, my heart does weep,

Aching in silence, where secrets I keep.

Whispers of sadness dance through my soul,

As tears cascade like rivers, beyond my control.

In the tapestry of life, a thread has come undone,

Leaving me stranded, beneath a desolate sun.

Each day, I wear a mask, concealing my pain,

But within my shattered spirit, cracks remain.

The melodies I once cherished, now sound so bleak,

Lost in a symphony of heartbreak, so weak.

The colors of the world have faded away,

Leaving me trapped in a world of shades of gray.

Oh, how I long for a glimmer of light,

To pierce through the darkness, restore my sight.

But hope feels like a distant, elusive dream,

As despair lingers, like a haunting scream.

Memories of joy, like ghosts, haunt my mind,

Whispering reminders of a love left behind.

Regret becomes my constant companion, it seems,

As I drown in a sea of shattered dreams.

I yearn for solace, a balm for my soul,

To mend the wounds that refuse to console.

But in this melancholy abyss, I reside,

Bound by sadness, with nowhere to hide.

So I'll embrace the sorrow, let it unfold,

For within the pain, stories are told.

And though my heart may ache, and tears may flow,

In these verses of sadness, my spirit shall grow.
