My Christmas With Out My Dad
Life isn’t the same with out you dad. I love you R.I.P.

Christmas without you once again Dad
At 29, I cried like a child.
God took the dad that I loved
The house was quiet, lights softly aglow,
But inside, an ache I couldn’t let show.
I wanted to scream, but the sound was trapped,
Caught in memories where time overlapped—
Of laughter and warmth, of your gentle care,
every Christmas dad you were always there.
Why did cancer take a man so kind?
A loving heart, a brilliant mind.
You gave so much, you asked so little,
A soul so strong, a soul so gentle.
This season feels hollow, lost and bare,
With empty spaces everywhere.
But in each light, I see you still,
In every quiet, a space you fill.
Though I can’t bring you back, I hold you tight,
In whispered prayers, in candlelight.
here with me, in heart and mind.
It’s been 36 years, but it feels like yesterday—
Each day, I look at your photo and pray,
Tears falling for my one true friend,
My dad, my guide, my love will never end.
❤️ Rest in peace, Dad, I miss you so much. ❤️
