My Anthem
They try to humble me,
Crumble me, laugh at the sight of me tumbling.
I don’t fold though, they don’t know my story
Because it goes untold, so
I will never break under pressure.
I am the pressure, never afraid of my aggressors.
Although, I keep quiet
I’m quite clever. I might be brainier than your professor.
They try to humble me,
Crumble me, laugh at the sight of me fumbling
But baby, I’ll never give up
I will always stay bossed up.
