Murder
Murder should not at any point be an obligation
Murder should not at any point be an obligation,
Despite the fact that for warriors it should be.
Perhaps one is limited by adoration or magnificence
Solely after one is protected and free.
Keep in mind, then, the people who killed for you,
Attacking, consuming, besieging in your name,
Furthermore, those whose plain white headstones are before you,
Long dead, with neither responsibility nor pride nor disgrace.
Profound inside the heart the reason for war,
Perfectly healthy, guarantees us there'll be more,
Yielding contempt, dread, retribution, and agony.
Thank you so much for reading my poem.
I hope you like it.
