Move! Just move!

When you’re feeling low,

When you’re feeling high.

But more so, when you are feeling low.

Move.

When you stop believing in yourself,

And when you really believe in yourself.

Keep on moving.

Make the blood flow,

Let the chemicals rush, jump and do their dance, do what they do!

That beautiful science,

Lifting you to where you need to be, without thought or instruction.

Move fast, move slow, move somewhere in between. Move hyper energetic, move calm, however you choose, just move.

Stay still for long enough and you will be convinced that that, is where you need to stay.

Not today.

Move!

Get up, get out.

Do what you were built to do.

Move!

If you can not move your body,

If you are ill or for some other reason, you cannot move how you wish.

Move your mind.

Move it to places that you would like to be.

Move it to places that you would like to go.

Exercise it in the power of timeless travel and imagination.

Complete the projects that you have sitting inside of you.

Start the dreams that you rehearse over and over.

It can all be done inside your mind

So, simply move.

For 'movement is thy medicine'.

Whether in body or in the mind.

Don’t forget ambition either.

You were not made to stay stuck.

You must move, no matter how slowly towards your worthy goal.

You are designed to solve your problems.

Big and small.

To move from where you are, towards growth, expansion, health, wealth, happiness and wholeness.

It is within your reach.

Your mind can be the prison.

But, it can also be the key.

Just move, and let the answers come to you as they will.

Bark back at the ideas that creep in and say “I am not creative. I am not this I am not that”

Jus’ move that mind.

Move that body.

Move that situation.

And let movement be your medicine.
