Move
I wish I had a pencil to draw or write.
Sometimes I’m overcome with the need to create, to be productive, and to move.
When do people rest? How do they rest? I can’t just be sitting and enjoying a moment.
Every second has to be calculated, I could be folding laundry, I could be taking steps, I should get the dogs some water, and then when I run out of household tasks I realize I need to do move.
I need to make an impact and leave my mark. I wish I had a pencil to draw or write.
I should be reading, not watching tv.
I should, because I’m lazy. Just sitting, taking care of my mind and body is lazy.
Move. MOVE.
