Moonlight and Roses
A little romance shall bloom

Moonlight and Roses
The moon hangs quiet, soft and round,
A golden coin without a sound.
A crimson rose stands tall and deep,
Its petals secrets dare to keep.
The night’s cool breath, a silent tune,
Plays soft beneath the watchful moon.
A whispered glow, a darkened sky,
And roses dream though stars drift by.
No tangled words, just night and bloom—
The moon, the rose, the quiet gloom.
