Miscarried Parents

In Time

By Rowan Finley Published 5 years ago 1 min read

I didn't realize how hard it would be watching my wife miscarry.

Being married for just six short months,

it feels like so much has occurred in such a short time.

I thank God for our tiny little baby who we'll meet one day.

I cannot help but wonder if it was a boy or a girl...

Eye color?

Hair color?

Personality type?

It is all a beautiful mystery.

At least now I am encouraged that we are even able to get pregnant.

Because with all of the health issues, it was hard to know,

but now we know,

and hopefully, in time, other children will come.

In Time.

In Time.
