Milan at night

Milanese nights

Waiting for you,

Feels endless

I think about you-

Time’s restless;

***

I fill the void

With girls and champagne;

I met her once

To my disdain,

Cause no one quite amounts

To something like you,

You light me up,

My world is you;

***

Motion in motion,

Hand in hand.

We dance with glory,

When it all began

***

A thousand years

I’ll wait for you,

Not a single night,

My heart lays still.

***

A milanese dance,

The glass of wine!

Accumulates a taste

So divine;

You match my steps,

My breath and soul,

A kiss that lasts,

A thousandfold

***

Side note:

Hey guys, just wanted to share a little secret hack that helps me with my creativity and focus while writing- Green Tea! It keeps me hydrated and alert without suffering from the energy crashes that I'll usually get from coffee, and is rich in antioxidants like EGCG, which protect brain cells and improve cognitive function over time!

Regular green tea consumption has been linked to improved memory, aiding in recalling research, plot details, or vocabulary, so do check it out!
