Mature Love

In quiet moments, love takes root, No need for grand display or pursuit. A steady flame that warms the soul, Two hearts entwined, both kind and whole. No fleeting rush, no race to prove, But gentle hands that lift and soothe. Through trials faced and storms withstood, Mature love knows what truly’s good. It’s in the silence, soft and calm, In simple gestures, like holding a palm. No need for words to fill the space, For trust has built a sacred place. It bends, but never breaks apart, A love that’s forged from heart to heart. And though the years may pass with time, Mature love stays—a steady climb. In every wrinkle, in every smile, It grows with grace, mile by mile. Not perfect, but it always strives, For mature love is where true strength survives.
