Love Tossed Away
Love can be meaningless at times
In this hazy generation's gaze,
"I love you" tossed, a fleeting phrase,
Obscuring love's essence, I fear,
True meaning unclear.
Once held weight in days gone by,
Now a hot potato, tossed awry,
Yet love's beauty lies profound,
In finding one spellbound.
Love means care, acceptance, true,
Facing trials, sharing through,
United we strive, uplift, thrive,
Love's anchor keeps us alive.
Deep conversations, souls explore,
Dreams and worries, at the core,
Through stress and strife, we stand,
Love's embrace, life's hand.
To witness joy, hearts' applause,
With hugs, kisses, lasting cause,
Love's roller coaster turns,
Stronger bond, love churns.
Expressions, many a way,
Through words, art, melodies play,
Understanding, love won't hide,
In heart and soul, love abides.
Apart, we miss, heart to heart,
Support, encourage, never part,
Facing issues, we'll talk,
Love's solution, before they block.
Shared happiness, no worries there,
In love's warm embrace, we'll care,
Through thick and thin, we'll enthrall,
This journey of love, we'll stand tall.
