Love, the One

A Lovely Poem

By mitty anegoPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

Love is quiet in a mother's gaze,

A steady hand through childhood's maze.

It's in a father's silent pride,

The way he walks right by your side.

A sister's laugh, a midnight call,

Catching you each time you fall.

A husband's warmth, his gentle tone,

That makes your heart feel safe, at home.

Love is not just spoken loud,

But shown beneath the softest cloud.

It lives in care, in daily grace,

In every hug, in every face.

Be it blood or bond or vow—

Love is here, it's now, it's how.
