Love's Tender Treasury

Love's not a market, nor a stock to trade,

But a tender treasury, where hearts are safely laid.

No ticker symbols mark its worth untold,

But trust, respect, and moments that unfold.

We invest in laughter, shared beneath the stars,

In whispered secrets, healing hidden scars.

Each gentle touch, a deposit, sweet and true,

Building a fortune only hearts can accrue.

Patience, a steady stream, keeps balance in the flow,

Understanding, a buffer, against life's harsh blow.

Kindness, the currency, exchanged with gentle grace,

Building a bond, where love finds its rightful place.

Forgive the losses, like stumbles in the night,

For even diamonds lose their shine with constant fight.

Learn from mistakes, a lesson dearly bought,

Strengthening the love, at a precious cost.

Don't seek a quick return, for love's a long-term game,

Nurturing the garden, where passion's embers flame.

Honesty, the bedrock, on which the fortress stands,

Weathering the storms, with hearts that understand.

Love's dividends are paid in quiet smiles,

In knowing glances, that travel for miles.

A hand to hold, through darkness and through light,

A shared journey, bathed in love's warm might.

Don't chase a profit, for love's not meant to gain,

But to enrich the soul, and soothe away the pain.

The greatest ROI, a love that's ever true,

A bond unbreakable, forever me and you.

So invest with wisdom, in the depths of your soul,

For love's a precious treasure, that makes life whole.

With every tender touch, with every whispered word,

Love's tender treasury, forever will be stirred.
