In matters of the heart, it's quite the show,

When feelings flow and hearts aglow.

But if you break someone's heart in two,

And they still chat with the same fond hue,

Believe me, friend, it's quite a sight,

For love's resilience, it takes its flight.

With every word, with every jest,

They still treat you like you're the best!

Despite the pain, despite the ache,

They'll still laugh with you, make no mistake.

Their excitement undimmed, their respect intact,

It's like you never caused a crack!

But beware, dear heartbreaker, take heed,

For love like this, it's what you need.

To mend what's broken, to make amends,

And cherish the love that never ends.

So if you find someone who loves you so,

Even after you've dealt a blow,

Cherish their love, hold it tight,

For in their eyes, your love's alight!
