Love, Loss, and Lies

The Smug Faces of Heartbreak

By Karun Published 2 years ago • 1 min read

Pity me as the silence cries

It's the unfortunate of glory

To have an unconditional love story

End in pain and tragedy.

That's when salesmen become sadist

And authors become killers

Voices echo amidst silence

Wise words better be told

Beauty swallowed by subtle sorrow

That's when smug faces offer advice

They quote stories never written

And in your mind, they plant the eyes shut kitten

The prodigy is all tragedy written

Whoever survived shall still die finally

In the real life fairytale

They possibly live fuckedup forever.
