Love and Hate

Choose love

It’s a thin line between love and hate.

Sometimes it’s the little things that can send you moving over the line.

Like dipping your toes into the cold pool on summer days.

I wish I could catch a little haze, a daze.

To stop the feeling of being gutted from the inside out.

I can see why some people choose hate over love.

It’s easier.

Love you have to work hard at every day.

Harder on some days.

I’d rather catch some rays outside, and increase my dopamine.

Hate makes you feen for more.

You’re constantly trying to prove yourself to people who may not even see their own self worth.

So they choose to hate.

To cross that very thin line to hatred, directed right at you.

Shots fired in your direction.

Don’t fight hate with hate.

Fight with love and you’ll prevail.
