Love

Where are you?

In the garden of memories, where roses once bloomed,

Now lie wilted petals, in sorrow entombed.

For there, amidst whispers of a love once so true,

Lies the remnants of dreams, shattered and few.

In the depths of my heart, a void now resides,

Where once your love sparkled like stars in the skies.

But now, like a shadow, it fades into night,

Leaving behind echoes of a bittersweet plight.

I wander alone through the corridors of time,

Chasing after ghosts of a love so sublime.

But each step I take, leads me further astray,

From the warmth of your touch, now lost in decay.

Oh, how I long for just one more glance,

To dance in your arms, to take one last chance.

But fate’s cruel hand has torn us apart,

Leaving behind only the ache in my heart.

So I mourn for the love that once filled my days,

For the promises whispered in endless ways.

And though you’re gone, your memory I’ll keep,

In the depths of my soul, where sorrow runs deep.
