Love
I think when we are anxious,
we are worried about Love.

We think we don’t have enough,
aren’t worthy enough,
aren’t capable enough,
*
to love and be loved.
*
This fear constricts us,
strangles the natural flow of Love
through our lives.
*
A mirage-mist, made of misplaced doubt.
*
The reality is that Love is all around us,
flows through us, within us, is as
natural as a baby’s smile,
*
a child’s laughter.
*
Focus on the Love all around you,
slow down, breathe it, know
it’s there, have faith in Love,
*
and then expect your miracles.
