Lost in Thought

Escape from negativity

By Simon GeorgePublished 3 years ago • 1 min read

Distraction is what I need from my….

Insecurities. I know it’s not the best form of….

Self-care. But there’s is too much negativity taking over my….

Thoughts. I can’t be myself. I’m exhausted. I feel….

Rough, and I need a break from my life. I need to get….

Away. Take a holiday. Have an adventure, and be….

Creative. Reconnect with myself and keep….

Trying new things. Don’t give up because,

In time, things will get easier. There are….

Options for healing. I have to remind myself that I’m….

Not alone. The way I feel is normal, and it will get better.
