Sing though your heart is aching.

Sing through troubles,

sing through pain.

Sing when your heart is breaking.

Sing and know we've all been there.

Breathe though it hurts

and brings sharp pains in your chest

where you've cried all you could cry

and tears still sting your eyes.

Breathe

though you really heave

and gag on the past,

on the lost,

on the last.

Breathe through and one day the pain will soften

and give way to rest.

Love though there's trials and torment.

Love though the risks abound.

Love even when it's the hardest.

Love and someday,

you'll realize

you're no longer on the ground.

Sing even when the joys in the distance.

Breathe before the pain is gone.

Love when you don't feel loved.

Live even if you feel like you can't.

Someone can see your pain,

even if you hide it.

Someone always loves you,

even if they don't always say it.

Someone's always there for you,

even if you don't realize it.

Just Live.

Live even if you feel like you can't.

Sing until the songs come easy

and hope's all around.

Sing and dance

and make a joyous, wonderful sound.

Laugh until you can't breath.

Laugh until your chest hurts

and you start coughing.

Laugh and gasp for air

tears stinging your eyes.

Laugh until you feel it.

Love because you are loved.

Love because you deserved it.

Love those you don't like

and those you do.

Love because they deserve it.

Love those who love you.

Live even when you feel like you can't.

Live because you deserved to.

Live because you are Loved.
