Like a yellow leaf,
I am in a autumn storm,
strong to my roots,
but in need to go.
I want to go,
but my roots say no.
I need to go,
the wind says so.
But I don't care,
I just hope to be ready,
so that when the storm takes me,
I will know how to fly.
I'll fly high,
over the stress,
and over the roofs.
I am just a yellow leaf,
I may be seen or not,
but I'm ready to fly,
over this windstorm;
over my fear.
The fear of not being ready,
the fear of having fear;
what a stupid idea
