Conversation with myself

[A/n: Sometimes you just have to get it out! I was sitting at home today admiring the view of the ocean when this paraglider came floating. He hadn't done anything wrong, but for some reason, he really pissed me off! He just kept going back and forth, dangerously close to the power line.

They must have been bad thoughts because, as punishment, after about 20 minutes, another one joined him. They seemed to be playing chicken with each other and the power line as they waited back and forth.

For some bizarre reason, the thought of him being like "a fart in a bottle" came to mind, so I called the poem that. Also, it goes to the show, you can write about anything when the moment grabs you. Here is the poem:]

******

Floating round all bright and proud

Like a fart trapped in a bottle

Haven’t you got anything better to do?

“Well, actually no, I don’t, and what is it to you?”

“You piss me off, all bright and bold

As you float by my window

Go up the beach. Float out to see,

Every time I look out, all I see is you"

“Well, screw you, Jack, you don’t own the beach

And I’ll do as I please

In fact, because you are being such a prick

My mates are coming over here too.”

“Well, that’s just great, you piece of crap

Now there's not one but two

You bring down my power line

And then we’ll see who’s screwed?

“Wee-wee-wee” floating around

Just like two farts in a bottle

“We are here to stay as long as we like

So, suck it up, sunshine!”
