Let's spend the day

Talking

Without

Words, sounds

Just sitting

Being present

In your presence

Never seems

Enough

Time, energy

in the day

Excuse?

Recuse I would

If I could

But

No time like the present

Disconnect

Let's spend the day

Together

Reclaiming love

Being just us

Not our roles

Let's spend the day

Together

Author's Notes: Okay, so this is something my wife, Ruth, will say I'd have trouble doing. I really would like to try it though.

Beautiful… however ‘some’ of us would find this extremely challenging unless reading or sleeping 🥹😳.

Do it! Ruth knows best! Disconnect! Dharrsheena below can take over all vocal operations for a time. We’ll be fine. ..Paul comes back three months later to find everyone lost all their vocal investments! 😆

  • As an introvert, I sure do love the silence. But only with someone I'm comfortable with. If not, I'll feel so awkward and would start talking to fill the silence. Lol. I wish you all the best for trying this! 🍩🥐

I personally love the sound of silence. It's the best thing in the world and even better when shared with someone who knows what it means x Very touchimg and loved the nod to you your wife...whose probs keeping her fingers crossed just a little bit 😁

  • Let's & please do. Ruthie's not the only one who will be happier for it.
