Le Sigh

The let down

Two drinks in but the numbness is not drowning out the disappointment

I really wanted to see you

Experience you

Chill with you

Get to know you further

Like a kid in the toy store that has to leave with nothing

I’m sad now

Broken just a bit

That one wound slightly festering

I hate it when the fantasy is torn apart

The mode was set and the cupcakes baked

Slow sexy jams playing

I wanted to be drunk on your scent

While you whisper with your low raspy voice in my ear

“Oh, you want it all?”

“Yes, sir…

Give it me…

I can handle it…”

But, le sigh

I suppose B.O.B has to step up to the plate just to get the edge off

Until we can link again
