Everyone's Least Favorite Chore
Why is there always so much laundry to do?
You'd see all these clothes and think this house homed a crew
But you sort, then you wash, dry, fold and then cry
Because putting it away? I'd much rather die.
But you'll never be lonely, laundry's always there for you

How I think of you Wrapped in a color so cool My son, my best friend Note from the author: I had my son Anthony right before the world shut down due to Covid and being a first time Mom during a pandemic was not fun. I was often "feeling blue," but he brought and continues to bring me so much joy that I don't even like to use the phrase "feeling blue" because I think of holding him in his blue blanket and how truly happy he made me feel with the uncertainty going on around me. Blue to me isn't sadness, but joy.
