Put your head under the water.Feel the stillness of the beneath, feel the escape.No sound except your heart beat, no feeling except the warmth of the water. No worries, no problems, no people.You are whole here, you are completely you and no one can take that.It's peaceful under the water. Ripples form as you move your finger tips. Bubbles form from your nose. Stillness is agitated and yet everything is perfect. Right now, look after yourself.
