Last love, a bittersweet refrain,

A melody that lingers in the brain,

A love that's different from the rest,

A love that stands the ultimate test.

For it's a love that's born of pain,

Of broken hearts and tears that stain,

A love that's found when hope is lost,

And all that's left is the bitter frost.

It's a love that's not for the faint of heart,

For it requires a brand new start,

A willingness to trust and to believe,

That love can still be found, can still be achieved.

It's a love that's built on memories,

On moments that make our hearts sing,

A love that's pure and true and real,

That makes us feel like we can truly heal.

Last love, a beautiful refrain,

A symphony that eases all the pain,

A love that comes when we least expect,

A love that stays and never neglects.

For it's a love that knows no bounds,

A love that heals all the wounds,

A love that brings a new beginning,

And sets our hearts and souls to singing.

So let us cherish this last love,

And hold it close to our hearts,

For it's a love that's rare and precious,

A love that never truly departs.
