Please note that the sonnet is separated in the middle by a quatrain similar to the one at the beginning. It may be easier to read the sonnet as a whole.

-----

Kiss me when I am asleep dreaming me

Never forgetting about you, my sea

On the wings of desire and knowledge, free

Walking on a Kronos ring as a tree.

-----

The years were somewhat kinder near the end

Having finally discovered a key

Yesterdays were better left to descend

Soulfully into the mind’s apogee.

Entertain your mind with cyclic silence

Looking for meaning where there may be none

Find the right angle for your demilance

-----

Heal my mind, so I can restore myself

Envelop me with my antibodies

Athenian in repute and yourself

Let me linger around what She embodies.

-----

Tearing each obstacle while having fun.

Hades hath no fury like a mind mocked

Yearning for a solution in the stars

Sliding into a poetic hole, blocked

Entreating the Cosmos to cross the scars.

Live and let live should also concern words

Falsehoods can quickly hurt and fly like birds.
