To the Anchor,

On today, I celebrate you. WE celebrate you.

We’re saddened because a beautiful angel has gone on, but we shall rejoice because you’ve joined all your loved ones.

WE can never forget the smile you had, or the kind words of encouragement you would share.

Only a few will truly understand the freedom you’ve now come into.

I just thank you for making the sacrifice.

Thank you for setting the foundation.

The sheltering may have felt like a hinderance, but you and God knew what was going on.

Today I can smile.

Your soul was anchored, and the safest place is in His Arms.

So fly high, and one day I’ll join you in the sky!

From your eldest GrandDaughter.
