they reflect the whole wide world

mischief weaving rainbow streaks

wide-brimmed sun shelter, turquoise-cold pool

fiery blood

fur filled with joy

the other dogs could be jealous of our love

they flock behind the gate

no entry, I’m afraid

love poems
