It can be negative, or neutral, as it's been told,

Can be hurtful, and leave a lasting mark.

But let us not forget its other side,

As a cuisine, it's a taste to savor and abide,

Spices, and heat, come together in bliss,

Creating a flavor, that's simply hard to miss.

So, let's embrace the different forms,

Of this word, that takes many forms,

And strive to use it for good, not ill,

Bringing joy, not pain, with every thrill.
