Appreciating simple pleasures
Dainty as a butterfly watch as she whirls
Leaping through the air see how she twirls
Dancing twisting as her body swirls
So pretty in pink all silk and lace
Moving with finesse style and grace
Always a bright smile upon her face
The tiniest member in her troupe
She holds her own within the group
Keeps going even when she has an oops
Watch her standing poised and proud
Never taking notice of the crowd
She floats as if she's on a cloud
Her dancing is a simple pleasure
Bringing joy beyond all measure
A little girl who is such a treasure
Rolling with the peaks and valleys
So focused she won't dillydally
It's time now for the grand finale
An atmosphere of jubilation
The audience gives a standing ovation
She's one with the music now
Thunderous applause and how
As Jayla Balerina takes her final bow
