Introduction
Each day from the moment I get up I put a lot of things into my body, some to keep it presentable orthers to keep it functioning.
I thought it could be a poem

Out Of Bed, When My Alarm Sounds
Now It's Time For A Wash And Shave
Toothbrush With Toothpaste In My Mouth
Teeth And Gums Attacked, Staying Brave

For Seventy Years Doing This
Then A Long Swill With Some Mouthwash
First Injection Of Insulin
Then Ten Tablets, A Drink Of Squash

Then I Wait A Bit Til Dinner Time
Ten More Tablets With A Cold Drink
Injection Two Of Insulin
Snack Or Fruit While I Work And Think

Five O' Clock It's Time To Relax
Injection Two Of Insulin
Time For Tea, A Meal Not A Snack
Then Time To Clean My Teeth Again

Maybe I'll Write Or Watch TV
Or Spin A Piece Of Fave Vinyl
Midnight's Coming In Bed I'll Be
The End Of My Day, That's Final
